El Ayuntamiento de Jaraba ha realizado las obras de “Acondicionamiento de parcela para aparcamiento exterior municipal de turismos y caravanas” en la parcela 488 del polígono 5 del término municipal, sita en C/ La Viuna de Jaraba.
Para la realización de esta obra el ayuntamiento ha recibido una subvención del DEPARTAMENTO DE ECONOMÍA, PLANIFICACIÓN Y EMPLEO del Gobierno de Aragón, dirigida a municipios aragoneses para impulsar actuaciones relativas a la inversión en infraestructuras municipales que fomenten la actividad empresarial, según ORDEN EPE/870/2021, de 19 de julio, por la que se resuelve la convocatoria de subvenciones dirigida a municipios aragoneses para impulsar actuaciones relativas a la inversión en infraestructuras municipales que fomenten la actividad empresarial aprobada mediante Orden EPE/257/2021, de 25 de marzo.
PROYECTO: ACONDICIONAMIENTO DE PARCELA PARA APARCAMIENTO EXTERIOR MUNICIPAL DE TURISMOS Y CARAVANAS.
EMPLAZAMIENTO: POLÍGONO 5, PARCELA 488 – C/ LA VIUNA S/N 50237 JARABA (Z)
INVERSIÓN SUBVENCIONABLE: 65.076,97 €
SUBVENCIÓN CONCEDIDA: 48.807,73 €
Los trabajos han consistido en acondicionar la parcela de propiedad municipal de forma que sirva de aparcamiento público para turismos y caravanas. Además, se ha dotado al parking de una zona de limpieza de aguas residuales de las caravanas (grises y negras) y carga de agua potable.
La distribución del aparcamiento ha quedado configurada de la siguiente manera:
1.- 57 plazas para turismos convencionales,
2.- Se reservan 3 plazas de aparcamiento para minusválidos,
3.- 11 plazas para autocaravanas,.
4.- Área de servicio de autocaravanas. En el centro dispone de una rejilla para vaciado de “aguas grises”. Además, cuenta con un poste para el llenado de agua potable y el vaciado de los cassettes de “aguas negras”.
5.- Cuenta el aparcamiento con 4 contenedores de basuras: dos en la zona de las autocaravanas y dos en la zona de turismos.
6.- La iluminación del parking se realiza con 6 columnas con dos proyectores LED de 150
W cada una de ellas.
